328 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 328 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
These terms apply to all users of the 328 platform in Malaysia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 328, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all other policies referenced in this document.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 328 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the 328 platform. Registration or use by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited, and 328 reserves the right to terminate such accounts without notice.

Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 328 platform. During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and valid payment details. 328 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. Please notify 328 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by emailing our support team at [email protected].
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 328 platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Using more than one account simultaneously or alternately
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a dishonest manner
- Using software or automated methods to manipulate games or the betting system
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform
- Disrupting or damaging the platform's technical infrastructure
328 strictly enforces a one-account-per-user policy. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual or affiliated group is a serious violation of these terms.
If two or more accounts are found sharing the same information — including phone number, IP address, or payment method — 328 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and place a hold on any balances until the investigation is concluded.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 328 platform are conducted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered payment details are accurate and belong to them.
Deposit
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is successfully verified. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected — from instant to a few hours for manual bank transfers. Minimum deposit limits are set according to the chosen method and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method that has been registered and verified in the user's name. 328 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving high-value withdrawals.

- Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method in the user's own name
- Transactions involving third parties are not permitted
- Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user
- 328 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious transactions pending investigation
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Other Matters
328 is not liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or unauthorised access beyond our control. 328's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the 328 platform are the exclusive property of 328 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from 328.
The 328 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 328 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access external links at their own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
Account Suspension, Closure and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
328 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or strong reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, system abuse, or illegal activity. Account suspension may be accompanied by a temporary hold on the account balance pending investigation.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 328 support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all valid balances must first be withdrawn in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
Changes to Terms
328 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
